Ordering & Lead Time

𝟭. 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟯 – 𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆.
2. Please review and ensure correct details before submitting.
3. Any changes on your orders, recipients and delivery addresses should be made at least (3) three days prior delivery schedule.
4. A delivery fee will be applied. We used 3rd party courier such as Lalamove. Once all the address has been given to us, we will update you on how much the total Delivery fees.
5. We can customize according to your budget and specifications.

Delivery

1. We DISCOURAGE surprise deliveries. Please inform all recipients to expect that there is delivery and keep their phone lines open for a smooth delivery transaction.

2. If any recipient is NOT present at the given address and cannot be contacted, the delivery will be considered SOLD/CONSUMED.

Mode of Payment:

All payment transactions will be cashless and coursed through Paypal (we accept credit card), BPI Banks transfer or Gcash. Please wait for confirmation from an Ilado Cafe’s representative before making your payment.

We required 50% downpayment upon placing the orders and can be paid fully on the day of the deliveries.

Payment Acknowledgement

The Main Host/Contact Person will receive the official receipt. Send us the details on our email, fb account.
